All you do is click on the "3 Guests, 4 Users" line at the bottom of the homepage, right under where it says "Who's Online."
Now you are snooping! Now you can see what all the online guests and users are doing/reading/posting in.
If you see someone else whose action is described as "Viewing Who's Online," congratulations, you have caught them snooping!
Now return to this thread and rat them out to the whole site!
