You post this emoticon a bit. I imagined it was because you were upset about something when you post it? Maybe I have the meaning all wrong? Would not have been the first time I have got something like that wrong.
I must admit, I do like that smiley, and do use it quite often.
It's a young child flailing around on the floor, in the midst of a temper tantrum. I think it's kinda cute.
Usually I post it at you, when you're throwing your tantrum. I think it's appropriate.
On this occasion though, it was nothing to do with your tantrum. I was jokingly suggesting that people were lying about me snooping, and I posted the smiley, jokingly suggesting I was throwing a tantrum.
