How would someone's opinion about a site he never visited be privileged information, if the holder of the opinion was not identified in any way?

It was posted in a restricted section. I'm not sure how I feel
about revealing stuff - though I've probably exceeded what
I should see as my boundaries already. Indeed, I've made that
identification already, at least within a pretty limited set of
people. It was really not that big a deal though, so had I
had the quote at hand, I probably would have posted it.
