What's been going on at work that's stressing you out?

No, it's not work directly, I don't think.  Work is just busy, period.  But what happens is if I don't look after myself and take time out to rest from stimuli, then I just go into meltdown.  Sometimes it's worse than others though, I'm sure most people here have experienced it, I'm not alone, I know that.

Oh god the same thing has happened to me too. I get stressed out when I am too busy and then I feel like screaming when other people but into my lives if they ask me to do something else. I can't even handle working more than eight hours because I have felt stressed at my last job when I stay late.

No painting lately.  I considered it on the weekend, but then the thought of sitting and reading seemed much easier than trying to find where I've stashed all my gear was.  I knew if I couldn't find them relatively easily, I would get pissed off.
