Easy enough for a female.
As a male, my drive is waning.
Soon, I'll barely be able to have
sex every few hours.

How do you know for sure that it's easy for a female?

Let me get the violins out...every few hours my ass...maybe if it was 1983 buddy!

I was kind of playing on the continuous
gripe that females make, on how much
easier things are for a male to get older.
As our looks supposedly improve.

I wouldn't know, as I'm too damned
vain to see where they can change.

So, you'd like to have anal sex with
some Vivaldi?

Do your looks improve or do the females start to have waning eyesight?

No anal sex after touching chilli's that's my advice to the wicked.

Yes, that's my point.  I genuinely feel sorry for those who don't feel like they fit in and are victimized.  But when you start putting a tag on yourself to justify your whole life experiences, no I can't buy it.  Maybe I am lucky in some ways that I was diagnosed later because it made me try harder to make up for my gaps in being able to fit in.

Have discussed some of this with my psychologist and she agrees that some personality disorders are easy to present as AS.  Whereas this is not a personality disorder at all.

I'm self dx'd and my daughter is officially dx'd.  My wife is NT.  I had no idea that the reason I was so "weird" or socially clueless throughout my life was AS.  I just kept going and did what I could, made mistakes, learned from them and kept going forward.  AS was just a revelation that answered a lot of questions about me and my past and why.

Just spit it out. There
aren't a lot of times that
people will encourage you,
even this much.

a middle aged woman had a heart attack and was taken to the hospital.

While on the operating table, she had a near death experience. Seeing God, she asked," Is my time up?"

God said, "No, you have another 43 years, 2 months and 8 days to live."

Upon recovery, the woman decided to stay in the hospital and have a face-lift, brow lift, lip enhancement, boob job, liposuction, and a tummy tuck. After her last operation, she was released from the hospital.

While crossing the street on her way home, she was hit and killed by a car.

Arriving in front of God, she demanded, "I thought you said I had another 40 years? Why didn't you pull me out of the path of the car?"

God replied, "Giiirrrlllllll, I didn't even recognize you."

One of the positives of knowing is that you can finally give yourself permission to do some things that you thought you had to overcome too.  It's pretty liberating for me now to know that when I need time out, it's actually important for me to do that.

Yes, finding out was the epitome of the phrase; "Knowledge is power".  It's like all the strange pieces of the puzzle finally fell into place.  Instead of floundering around in the dark, I have the knowledge to figure out what needs to be done.  I'm still a "work in progress", but at least I don't feel like a total outcast anymore.
