women they find attractive-hmmm.  i wonder why attractiveness is so important when all one wants is companionship.

and.  shall we take a poll in the real world about what teenage boys, mostly, are really after?

1. I said the attractiveness ONLY applied when sex was on their minds. You really
should read my posts.

2. They say different things after you open up to them yourself.

i suspect that the more evolved female teen wants companionship.  something that men don't really learn until their labido begins to wan.

I tend to think sometimes that girls equate relationships not to companionship, but to security and to keep within the accepted social norm.

Boys do too sometimes. Think of the teen movies where
a guy thinks that if he scores a date with the hot girl,
he'll be a made man in his school. I was kind of like that.

For sure.  The conditioning starts early for both sexes to manipulate each other to achieve what they want.

What the hell is all this about manipulation?

I only had one girl manipulating me in HS,
and that was through my pants.

since i am getting lazy i will tell you my ending argument.

kindof like dunc said, or how i read it; women are more evolved and better than men.  they realize their priorities alot sooner and clearer than most men.

and the game, well, they play it much better than we do.

but it is unfair for men.  the women have the gold.  and that is marketable.
Misunderstood.

So women ultimately are better then?

Re manipulation...I do believe it is a proven fact that behaviourally humans use manipulation to achieve what they want.

In simplistic terms, much like a dog retrieving a ball to receive a biscuit.

I just don't buy this cynicism.
Yeah, people play games to
get things, but it isn't ALL that
they are doing.

yes.

women are better and better equipped.

Some are...I honestly don't think I particularly aspire to it and I think most of the men who have dealt with me would probably agree with that.

Sometimes I manipulate women though in the workplace to get what I want...but I call it more outsmarting them.

See, if you start counting things like that as manipulating,
it's like defining all social interaction as such. Just doesn't seem
fair.

Yes, that was my point.  Humans are manipulators...the word itself has become by definition a distasteful one though.
