I'm sure he's of Normandic heritage. In the old days, when Swedes were men and not cowards, Normandy was a Viking fief under the Viking Chief GÃ¥nge-Rolf, commonly called Rollo. 

However the Norse who settled in Normandy became French after a few generatons. Like they became Russian, Scottish, English, Irish in the places they conquerored and settled.

To a degree yes, But the coastal communities kept to themselves for the most part.

Saying that you picture an adult as a baby is quite easily taken the wrong way.
