I googled the name (assuming it's P. Makunnot - hard to tell from the pic) and didn't come up with anything. I don't recognize the name. What does that little slip of paper say, that's tucked into the canvas on the back?

Doubt it's that old, because it's on a mass-produced fitted canvas, the kind you buy pre-stretched in an art store.

That certificate of authenticity is pretty generic. The artist probably produces paintings en masse for an interior design company, which distributes them to architects, real estate people etc. who need something to put up on the walls of model homes or office buildings. The painting is a duplication of a common style. I couldn't find any info on either the artist or the gallery, so they're likely not large/important enough to have a website.

A thing is worth whatever somebody is willing to pay for it. It's worth what you paid for it. Hang it on your wall and forget about it.

I would say a reproduction rather than an original. Originals if they are by artists who have a reputation are sold at auctions.
