Impossible question to answer, but it depends on whether you are eating the burrito or farting it.

You should probably induce vomiting, but if it has no meat in it you might be able to keep it.

How do you feel? If you give it an hour, vomiting will not help as much. At that point, you must rely on the fortitude of the bacterial colonies residing  within your intestines. Are they healthy?

What is the average temperature of your place?  Was the burrito wrapped, or was it partially eaten already?  Where did it come from in the first place?  Did it taste or smell spoiled at all?  Have you ever had food poisoning before in your life?

If you feel sick, then go ahead and vomit and if you get diarrhea, do not take any medication to try to stop it.

If it still looks mostly like food, it's fine.

If it can move on it's own, it's probably good to eat again.
Though you might want to cook it anew.
