I don't get why people who participate in these things seem to think that just because you socialise and have sexual intercourse with a guy, though not on a regular basis, it's not a boyfriend and girlfriend relationship. It's still a fucking relationship, albeit a casual one.

well it is on a regular basis. i answered yes because what we have is generally considered some where between fuck buddy and a "open relationship"
we chose not to put a label on it because we don’t need one, but the rest of the world seems to.

BTW of course it is a relationship every connection between people is a relationship. Sisters, friends, parents, sexual partners.

If ur going to be petty enough to pick at a definition, next time make sure you know what the words you use mean.

Although tho your theory has more holes then my fishnets I would be interested in hearing just where this wealth of knowledge about relationship comes from.
