i will argue that he is imposing his will on other peoples freedoms, since this is not a personal thread.
he asked a universal question, which other people have contributed to.
also, you and i were haveing a discussion when he decided to lock it.  he is stepping on our rights.


admins are not allowed to lock threads.

why should an individual have the right to close other people off from a discussion.

if there has been any abuse that has taken place, it has been by richard, who violated the freedom of discussion between myself and calandale.

One could come to the argument that the flaming which poor Richard was suffering in a thread of
his own choosing was rationale enough to allow him a right to lock the thread. There is also the simple
question of whether someone should be able to lock their own thread willfully, regardless of any others'
rights. While that seems unlikely to be supported here, and I felt rather miffed to be cut off, the debate
might be more fun than whether Richard is a nigga, or McJ a massa.
