Why should people who were not pranked or people who were pranked, contacted about it, and who said that they had no problems with being pranked by admins be put a no admin pranks list, Calandale?
People NOT pranked might wish to avoid being so.
I KNOW that some who had never suffered such
were particularly disturbed by my prank affecting
them. More so than those who regularly had pranks
pulled.
Those who were contacted, and denied a problem,
might well have answered differently, had they
known about such a list. If the contact was only
done by ONE staff member, and they had any
suspicions of that member, they might have seen
it as a form of taunting. Why I think all private
correspondence about staff issues should actually
be monitored. Perhaps a special account, which
all staff can access? There's likely some sort of mod
to handle this, out there.
More likely, a member might feel that having their profile
changed back quickly would make them objects of derision.
A number of people (rightfully) became such, in the wake
of my prank.
What would such a poll just asking if they were told about the list prove?
That the staff used only it's own bias in determining who
would be on the list. Something which Odeon has been
denying.
