And as far as I am aware- someone may know different since I wasn't here at the time- Dunc pointed out pretty early after the WC was abolished that rather than actually being a 'despot' he wanted to site to be run how it was before the WC and that their would still be elections and that people could still vote on issues.

   Unless of course you look at it this way: perhaps Dunc felt strongly enough about keeping Intensity run by its members that he was willing to turn down despotic power and insist that we went back to the system we previously had.

absolutely clearly seemed to be voting for as being
a good sign of a commitment to democracy in any

that they voted one way before, they tend
more towards that same vote. If you just
ask if they wanted to vote, they reverse.
