We don't celebrate it in Sweden, but I heard that Irish immigrants in the US in the 19th Century used to beat up cops on that day. Sounds good to me.  8)

I realise this is a week after the event, however here in Columbia, SC, the St. Patricks Day ceremony consists of roping off a section of town by the University called Five Points, Dye the Fountain in Five Points vivid green, and charge the suckers a premium price to drink excess dyed green piss that passes itself off as 'Light Beer, who then redoposit it on the sidewalks in either metabolised, or semi -metabolised form, and call it St. Pats.  :wanker: :wanker: :wanker:
