No, if I had say 79...
7+9 is 16,
1+6 = 7...not the preferred number.

79 contains a 9
16 contains a 6
7 + 2 = 9, so 7 is preferred.

I see the mechanism, but that
doesn't really have the same meaning
as addition. Not sure what 'with' means
either, in this sense. Can it be expressed
in unary?
