i lossed my passowrd

and need someone to give me another one or something. ive tryed requesting a new one in an email but it never works for some reason

Richard, I changed your password to the first nine characters of the email address you used.  I see that it is hidden.  You can change your password again right after you log in.

BTW, passwords are case sensitive and you used upper and lower case letters.
