I believe that the term 'Haddaway and Shite' is synonymous with 'Go Fuck Yourself', though I think that it's more of British regionalism more common in The North.

Its a Geordie expression, also 'haway and shite'.

You can start off with the Curator's picks, browse the whole collection, or do an advanced search and browse by Place name (City/County). Be forwarned though that if you choose to search by Place Name, you have to specify an object type of Recorded Speech.  All files on this site are in .wma format.

Bearing in mind the concept of mutual reciprocity, A good collection of American Regional accents can be found here. All files seem to be in low quality though still listenable .mp3 format. For the record, The samples on this site are divided in two halves. The first half being the subjects reading text, and the second half where the subject adlibs. The second half of the audio samples is much more representative of the normal speech patterns.

No. We use billion.

If they use a billion as another word for a milliard, they should. In the rest of Europe, a billion is 1¹², a trillion is 1¹⁸, etc...
