I find it a constant struggle to balance having enough time to unwind once the kids have finally gone to bed and getting enough sleep. I try to be in bed by 1am on a weeknight, but even then I still struggle to get out of bed at 7:30. I know I probably need more sleep than that really but I can manage on that much, any less and I feel like crap all morning {as I do now cos I was up too late again}.
If I had things my way I'd been up till 3am and sleeping till 10 or 11.
