Depends. I sleep when I sleep. :P

i used to need about 4 hours a night, not sure when was the best time. now i am sick and need 6 hours most nights/days. as a teen i would routinely wake at about 2 am and wander the streets of new york for an hour or two before going back to bed. i work overnights now and have off and on for the past 15 years. i usually adapt well to daytime hour schedules, but end up having late nights on a regular basis; when i work overnights i usually sleep between 12pm and 2pm until i wake up, which usually is 7 or 8pm

I used to work night shift (11 pm to 7 am) which was like enduring permanent jetlag when reverting to night sleep on days off. And that was back in the dark ages, well before internet times, so there was nothing to do except watch some clunker of a black & white movie from the 30s until you nodded off again.

Yes, that would be extreme jet lag, like you went to the other side of the world and came back home again.

Of course you adjust to a place when you have lived there for a while. Comes natural.

I sleep odd hours, and am often on here in the middle of the night!   :arrr:

I am never here later than 3:00am  because I have work in the morning
I2 today is not i2 of yesteryear. It is a knitting circle. Those that participate be they nice or asshats know their place and the price to be there. Odeon is the overlord

.Benevolent if you toe the line.

Think it is I2 of old? Even Odeon is not so delusional as to think otherwise. He may on occasionally pretend otherwise but his base is that knitting circle.

Censoring/banning/restricting/moderating myself, Calanadale & Scrapheap were all not his finest moments.

I often sit up to 5am here. I like it when others go to bed and I have the room to myself.
