Me too.  Some people actually enjoy it but to me it's just yuck

There was a dried-up worm stuck to my bed sheets right next to my pillow today.  I have a vivarium on a shelf above my bed, and sometimes things crawl out during the night.

I actually handled last summer well. Probably because I lived with parents and their air-conditioning. Because usually I get depressed even more in summer.

And when you go out, wet your cap. Makes a big difference on hot sunny days.
Hold your wrists, and if it is really bad also your ankles, under a cold running tap every now and then. That gives a good cooling effect to your entire body. 

I used to utterly hate the heat, and to flee from it whenever I could.
Over the years it has gotten a lot better.
