Damn, that's a long time! My mother had eczema for years until finally a dermatologist thought to treat it
with topical and oral steroids at the same time.  That's what finally helped her.   :nerd!:

I've done that and it clears it up temporarily but then it comes back. I've started to develop a tolerance to the oral steroids so I decided to quit while I'm ahead and look for other ways.
