Wrap them in a damp paper towel and heat them in a 325 degree oven for a few minutes.  Microwaving them can make them tough.

As long as your body is adapting to the new situation, you may get quite a few of them. Once you are more settled, it will be better again I guess.

Withdrawals can be very hard. Your body needs time to flush the system, and adapt to the changes. Your mum will have to be patient, as will you.

I go to a laundry mat once a year to wash our comforters.  the last time I was there was hispanic day.  I did some talking with the manager after the activity died down.  She said that she noticed that the Mexican men helped with the laundry while she rarely saw a black man helping a black woman. 

I told Prince Albert he could go this year and do the comforters.  I want him to see that I'm not really having a great fun time doing this.

That's why I bought a large capacity washing machine, so I could wash the comforters and sleeping bags at home.
