Put some glue on it, peel the glue off and see if it won't come out.  An old-time trick was to put iodine on it then wash your finger.  The iodine stains the wood and makes it easier to be seen.

No, I felt this one coming for a few days now. Just a sore throat, minor infection I guess. It will pass soon enough. I used to get throat infections all the time as a little kid. It has gotten a lot better over the years. Might be because of me sleeping with a fan on. Or it is the heat. Something like that.
