I had a really funny joke... but auto correct ruined the lunchtime.

I've called him out on it repeatedly. My favourite is to keep talking to the kids, but then whip open their bedroom door and catch him in the act, say "Stop eavesdropping" then shut the door again. The look of shock on his face is priceless. Quote from: Lemon Aguilera on June 30, 2010, 10:32:20 AMlurk back. Can't be arsed. Plus, the fallout of me doing something like that would be bad. He loves the double standard, okay for him to do, a crime if anyone else does it.
Catching him isn't enough. Tell him with a concerned yet slightly disgusted expression, that lurking and eavesdropping are really creepy things to do.
I can do upside down chocolate moo things!
Your energy comes first, then acting on the ex. I would love see him whining and grovelling apologies and all, but your energy comes first. Best thing would be a court order to get him out, but that would have no meaning if it would bring you down.

Why am I so suspicious that he will have found new reasons to stay after that?

In retrospect, I would have gone for the court orders. Didn't do it then, because it would be so time and energy consuming.

I'm not getting my hopes up for September but I do think he wants out. He just won't do it until he has a signed agreement. That's the business schmuck side of him. But considering he's told monkeyboys autism doctor how serious he is about Sept, that doctor will call him out on it if he drags his feet. I think his Mum would too. She thinks it's unhealthy to be the way we are right now.
