Ex and I are switching off weekends of who will be taking care of the kids. He insisted we had to be home by 6:30pm so the kids have a normal bedtime routine. Fine. This weekend is his weekend. When he realized I was going out yesterday and I wouldn't tell him where, with who, or how long I'd be gone (but I'd be back before the kids bedtime) he hit the roof. I was so upset that I left the house in tears, threw up in a public bathroom and it took me an hour to stop shaking.
He tried to lock me out of a room to keep me from saying goodbye to the kids.
But I kept my plans and had dim sum with my girlfriends. Small victory for me.
Keep logs on all of this it will help with future proceedings
I am. Although our separation will not make it into a courtroom. The system here is so backlogged, it would be 2+ years before it would be finished if we used a judge. And he won't move out until the separation agreement is signed. So we mediated the custody (which is done and I can live with it) and then the finances and property division will be dealt with through lawyers.
What's he doing. wanting you there around bedtime, and not wanting you to say goodnight to them?

With the divorce as the two of you are doing it, is there a chance for him to nullify the divorce after both of you have signed for the final thing?
In some legislations both partners have the right to withdraw the divorce within a certain time after sending in the final request. The way he is acting, I can imagine him just doing that to show his power over you.
