as i said, every other month they pull the payments for no legal reason.

I had something similar once. Every fortnight my payment wouldn't go through and they couldn't understand it. So I had to go in every time it failed and get it from them. Turned out I was meant to hand some form in every fortnight but someone failed to tell me that. Took months. Morons.
