I just had to call AT&T about some billing issues resulting from some changes in service that I have had in the last couple of months. That was a bit frustating but they adjusted one bill down by $30 and will probably take more off later and on the new service the bill was reduced by $50 as a courtesy. That is actually a savings of $50, not $80, because of their error. But I like AT&T because they do address the occasional snafu instead of being dicks about it.
