You probably grind your teeth in your sleep, like many Aspies do.

Me too. Didn't know that was an aspie trait.
I don't think it is a documented aspie trait, but I grind my molars almost constantly when I am stressed. People hear it and react from quite a few feet away and I don't even realize I am doing it.
My wife says I do it in my sleep also. I know that I often have sore jaw muscles when I awaken.
I also (suddenly) alligatorclamp my teeth together, making a huge noise. Sometimes, doing so, my tongue or a part of my inner cheek is in the way and I bleed.
It's just me.
