Me too and really sore.
I was ill yesterday and awoke very dizzy and dehydrated, even though I tried to re-hydrate after all the water loss. I could have used an easy day at work, but no such luck. I tried not to let on that I was "playing hurt" as they say in footballl (American).

Infection is gone and a decent night of sleep is in order.
