Uhm, I did, too.
I cut mine on a piece of vinyl sign material. It was more like a saw than a blade. Mine's covered, because of the common occurrence of MRSA infections, though. I still heal quickly. It should be no problem.

Haven't had aural ones, I think. Or are you thinking of getting hypersensitive to anything louder than a pin dropping on the floor?

Not at first.
I feel them coming for several hours or even a day or more in advance by a strange pincushion effect to everything I hear. Things sound pinched, I "hear things" that I can't find, I lose all sense of direction to sounds and it causes nausea. Once the pain starts, I become oversensitive to sounds. Any sound entering my mind occurs as some form of ripping, velcro sound and it feels like my brain is tearing, too. Movement is forbidden!

Hope yours goes away, quickly.

Third day with the migraine, unfortunately. No real headaches, just the visual stuff and some nausea and weirdness. :(

The shot of Gardasil I had on Monday definitely gave me a fever all of Tuesday (yesterday).

I had a fucking stats test yesterday.

Math?  Ha!  By the end of it, I was leaving letters out of words in the short answer sections.

(The way the class is graded, I should be basically OK for the class overall, BTW.  But it was still unfortunate.)
