What happened to your job as projectionist?
That one I've still got but it's only a couple of nights per month, tops, and nothing during the summer months. Not nearly enough to put food on the table.
Well, shit. That's how my "retirement" started. I lost a decent job that I had managed to stay with for fourteen years, working for a big company. I could not find anything more than a shit job in retail sales working for a tiny salary. Things got desparate and my wife went out and got a half-decent job on her second day of the job search. (I became even more depressed)
She has now gotten a much better position, two weeks ago, and things are fine or at least will be in another week or so of trying to establish a new routine. I just need to get over feeling like a kept man, now, by doing some more amazing things with the kids' education.
