Don't know! Maybe it was a lie by my supervisor's boss who was trying to scare me into doing her bidding, which included violating my Environmental edicts on not wasting when not absolutely necessary. I had replied in an e-mail quotng the definition of religion not being about deities but core beliefs and value systems, then said, "Environmentalism is my religion!" This was my reply to the request to do something against my principles. This bitch made all kinds of threats and played the power card on me and demanded I violate my principles or face disciplinary action. I did not comply with "request" and had a very hard time keeping back the laugjher as she played her power move. I told her evryone else may fear you in this place, but I don't. Do what you must, but I am not compomising my beliefs.
