I haven't been like this in awhile; I really need to lose weight (gained some in San Fransisco- perhaps 4 lbs or so) and it just WON'T come OFF.  I've been adjusting and cutting stuff out like mad, and hopefully this is a signal that it'll work.  I'm still eating healthy, but the meds I'm on basically give me Prader-Willi syndrome, so I'm basically hungry to some degree or another all the time regardless of how well I've eaten.  It sucks.
