I can drink 6 cups of green tea before bed and easily fall asleep. I can take 9 grams of stimulating L glutamine and still fall asleep.
metabolism, give it the cofactors, then maybe it may just work.
I have never had a problem sleeping though, but cofactors does help, most of the a dose of ginseng after a break will not disrupt me even when I need a nap durning the day. I shut my eyes, imagine a story, and it helps when it gets rough messing with ginseng, when I need a nap from getting up early on purpose.
I appears I am naturally resistent to diease, even with impressive odds, however, I would rather not push that envelope again.
