Somewhere giving out free 1H nuclear magnetic resonance machines (NMR) of high frequency range, free TMS for calibration, free deuterated solvents and free GC-MS setups and LC-MS. Maybe throwing in an ICP-MS and MALDI-TOF :autism:

(all fucking expensive stuff)

And although  I do want to try building one, a FT-ICR-MS (fourier-transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometer) free would be very nice as FT-ICR-MS are something I really want one of. Hell maybe an orbitrap ion-trap mass spec too.
