Yup. The james Horner soundtrack is a decent one, even though he borrows heavily from his earlier music.

Well, writers often recycle favored oddball word usages as well. If you get a chance to publish your slang and make money, go for it!




It's just mellow jazz for me today. Early sixties and late fifties guitar work, mostly. Wes Montgomery, Kenny Burrell ...

I admire the courage, but I can't afford to experiment, just yet. I'm still "healing."




Pink Floyd, Animals  for now.

I have probably six or seven versions  (pressings) of this particular recording on LP, but the one I plan to rip is a Quadrophonic tape. I need to read up a bit first and maybe find a good way to  transfer Quad to Dolby Digital or something.

for me, this week. I'm training the DJ.

Hell, it doesn't take much, just learning that
to get me up, he's gotta play stuff he likes.

Turns out, one of his favorites is "Don't like
Mondays" by boomtown rats. Whoda figured.  :laugh:
