Radio 3's "Late Junction" programme from last tuesday - eclectic mix of music, always something brilliant in it.

i'm threatened with swedish prog rock in this one, but the O Man assures me he's really fab, so i'm less horrified than i might be.

edit: listening to alleged swedish prog rock = Bjorn Johansson Lindh.  is good.

...and occasionally, there's a complete dog - there's some bint playing Grieg on the japanese accordian, and all i can think is, "why?"

i agree - i wouldn't have called it that, not by a long chalk.  it's cos it was from the 70s, i suspect.

Some of his mates were prog rockers, though. In later years, he's teamed up with classical pianist Staffan Scheja. They've done some really good stuff together.
