OK, seriously, one movie moment I do remember crying at was toward the end of Homeroom, when the baby disaster comes to light and the main character loses it. I know there have been other times but that's the only one I can think of ATM.
I'm usually more moved by books, though. I remember finishing Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli when I was 16 and bawling my eyes out, I cried at the end of Feed (forget who that was by- I read it at 16 as well), and I remember in third grade, finishing Bridge to Terebithia (my own pursuit during free time) and trying not to cry in class. I add the last because they're making a movie out of it and it damn well better make me tear up a bit, or they'll have failed horribly. That movie is a BIG must-see for me.
