MacBaren Golden Extra, a whiskey cured Virginia and Burley blend. I thiink it's Danish. One tobacconist's description "a very pleasant room note through the entire bowl, that being a subtle aroma of a "chocolate cake baking" and "coffee brewing" on the fringe of a tonic leathery bass note. Flavors were also of the same notes."
The tin is twenty four dollars for eight ounces (I just looked), but it's more about quantity than the What. I smoke for pleasure and smoking too much is not pleasurable, to me. Eight ounces lasts me more than two months, actually.
I smoke mine constantly. But, I'm not too fond of the Burley. It always is too harsh for me.
The black tobaccos are MUCH milder.
Cavendish is a little sweet for my tastes. The flavorful, black Latakia, used in some English blends is a treat at times, but a little goes a long way. I prefer the heavy, non-sweet blends.
