I understand that to be the case in France, New Zealand, Philadelphia and New Jersey. Out here on the West Coast our Bay Area bridges are toll but not the Highways. In New Zealand I barely had time to pull off the Northern Motorway and buy the toll at one point.  :autism:

I think I may finally have joined the computer age.  I signed up for online access to all our accounts.  And I have debit cards for them too.  The hassles involved if we have to evacuate for a hurricane and don't have this just seemed to warrant  me overcoming my reluctance.

My day has been very similar to that so far. Though, I didn't even have to buy breakfast before having it. And only one of my offspring went to class.
