Enough to tip a 3 tonne forklift up onto its front wheels. Did that plenty of times, not very safe, heh.

It was ok, but if he took that long in real life and in busy traffic, there would be a few other angry drivers to worry about, heh. Guess he needed to do all that explaining though. I did like the practical tips of how many turns of the steering wheel and what things should look like in the mirrors, etc. He should have chosen a more difficult parallel park to make, imo.

Good point.  My mother got her driver's license when I was seven years old.  I remember her telling the story of the examiner asking her to parallel park between two cars that were too close together in her opinion and she responded, "In that little bitty space?"  Then she drove further up the block and he let her parallel park in a space like the one the man in the video used.

The parallel park I had to do for my driving test was difficult and it was along the coastal foreshore where there were a lot of shops and people.

Good on your mum for refusing to park in a spot that was too small.

There were a lot of fuck-ups where I worked. :D I remember someone got a forklift bogged in some sand near a shipping container, so another person tried to pull them out with another forklift and got that bogged too. Then another forklift was brought around to help - that too got bogged. Was funny because we were meant to be running the trayline (machinery) but couldn't because the forklifts that were meant to be putting on/taking off trays were disappearing to help someone, only to get bogged. End up being one of the truck drivers to save the day that day, pulling the forklifts out of the sand.

There was also a guy who thought he could fit his forklift down a narrow gap between a drain and a compost heap. It didn't work out, the forklift tipped into the drain at a 45 degree angle. Can't remember how they got that out, heh.

About asexuality, would you not have sex.  Is there any chance you may meet someone who you like so much, you want their company, but they are sexual, so you just lie there and bear it for the sake of keeping them.  I mean is it neutral or actually nasty to you.

Yes, it was riveting to watch the workers digging through the rubble to
save the driver!  Boy, I'll bet he felt stupid!  But it all worked out!  :viking:

No I would not. I have already met the person I want to be with (GA) but I won't just lie there and bear it, as you say. I have tried this before and it doesn't work. The other person knows if you feel uncomfortable or you are not "into it". I am not repulsed by the thought of other people having sex, but I want nothing to do with it. It that means being alone for the rest of my life, then that is what I get. It is a good thing that I don't mind being alone.

It can still matter. Romance can matter too.
