Damned. I lost my faith in Santa when I was 4 and saw that Santa wore uncle Leif's wedding ring.  :(

I had the talk with my daughter about Santa a few years ago and she will tell you that her parents are the ones who really give her presents, but she still seems to believe in him when it's close to Christmas, so we play along, if that makes any sense.

My grandpa was Santa most years until I was 17. He died 3 weeks before Christmas 1989.  :(

The giant pile of baby gear on the floor behind me.  I unloaded the storage shed (17 plastic bins of 0-12 month stuff) and now I need to organize, sort and store it in the new nursery.

The PR would get presents from Santa and one present from us.  When she was told the truth she would get one present from Santa and the rest from us.  Same amount just switched.  Well, almost the same amount, Santa gives her a can of black olives which she loves and which Santa always gives me for Christmas.
