Do some research into UN Population Division initiatives related to replacement migration strategies for European countries with ageing populations. It's been going on for twenty years. With the low birth rates across Europe, almost half the population in some countries would be lost within a couple of generations.

Rather than fix the economic and social issues that cause people to choose not to have children... the neoliberal/globalist agenda requires large scale immigration. And it's a win/win for the right-wing neoliberals and market fundamentalists because they can blame immigration on leftists.
