It comes in the form of Caltrate, I'm sure they knew what they were doing when they put it together, I'm not going to take any more vitamins, etc.
I take it because I'm on the Depo Provera injection which I get every 3 months. It causes some calcium loss from my bones, as seen by scans. Since I've been taking Caltrate though, my bones have gotten better. At one stage, I had osteopenia in my hip and spine.

That's the thing, they knew some stuff, but they likely didn't know about K2 which I know about.

Calcium belongs in the hard tissue (bone) not in the soft tissue (skin, joints, eyes) which causes wrinkles, arthritis, cataracts, all sorts of problems.

So how does it get to the right place? Now you're asking the right questions.

From the 30s-50s doctors were commonly used in cigarette add campaigns, along with slogans like doctor approved, or more doctors smoke brand x, in effort to combat growing public concerns about health ramifications of smoking. Not certain doctors ever actually recommended smoking.

Why exaggerate so much? One time at work, someone complained to my boss about a lack of urgency in response to a specific request. Told my boss, if every email in my inbox from that person has a red exclamation point next to it, then I can't take them seriously.
