The irony is I dropped in to see if you all were okay with Covid.

I would not wish the virus on any of you. Even the backbiting from the likes of Ozy, Walkie and Phoenix (all of whom I hoped would have been a little less bitchy, but okay) I still would not wish it on them or any they care about.

Even The ever stupid MOSW I would hope his nearest and dearest were safe and well.

Even The Tinpot Tyrant, Odeon. If the tradeoff to his ignorant lies and ideological cognitive dissonance AND partitioning some of my posts into bizarre AllLiveMatter persona that I had not created, was that he and his family and friends were safe from the virus, I would accept that.

I mean he can still go fuck himself with a cactus but I would not wish the virus on him.

I guess we both had what is referred to as a mild case, i.e. we required no specialist medication or hospitalisation, but it still sucked ass.  My wife says she still feels rundown, and I still get out of breath quite quickly.  The main illness lasted about 10 days and then tapered off over another week.  My lungs felt like they were on fire and I think my CPAP machine helped a lot.  My wife said it was in the back of her sinuses and they felt like they were burning. 

They say that you get it for 10 days and then you either start getting better or you start getting worse, and it's that 10 days of fear that's the worse thing about it.  You have to look at the odds and tell yourself that you're on the right side of the statistics.

Anyway, long story short, WEAR A FUCKING MASK.

Pretty much the same with me. At the time, I never thought it was Covid, as there had been no official cases in the country. I just thought it was the chest infection from hell. Even months later, every time I lay down, I was hearing my chest bubbling, popping, and whistling, and making all sorts of other disturbing noises

I'm still not 100% back to where I was before this hit, and like yourself, still get out of breath and wheezy quick.
