I see what you are saying but I do think that Feminism in its different waves has been throwing itself at at society saying give us more rights since around 1900. The thing is these things needed to change first. We needed to have vaccines for things like Smallpox and polio. When did they disappear? When did Social Security get introduced? What about Contraceptive pills?

What happened is again and again they tried and then suddenly they the see the doors finally opened and race down the path of equal rights, shaming and whining and got what they wanted with minimal resistance. However, they also took the occasion to actually take responsibility for opening the doors.

Proof in the pudding is that they cannot "open the doors" in any other culture that is not modernised.
