I must admit i never really need to force myself to eat unless im unwell, i eat loads im just fortunate not to look like i do.
I dont eat meat or eggs tho.

I love overloading on my chocolate and cakes, my sugar fixes.

However a deep fried Mars bar............bleurghghghgh.

I don't have any good genes for fat or muscle tone, the only thing i can mention is i got some kind of genes which make my lower legs always thin, i never put on weight there.  I got em from my mom, brother has em too.  I've got the lower legs of a marathon biker.  However, i do like to eat a lot.  I consider eating a pleasure in life, like reading, or kitties, or blankies.  And i know there are people in this world that would like to crucify me for turning what is a life and death necessity for them into a fun thing.  I enjoy eating to the point where i stay at around 250 pounds.  I need a lot more than 2000 calories a day to maintain that weight and my passtime of eating keeps it right at that point.  I pretty much don't excede that weight ever.  It fluctuates between 240 to 250.  I just ate a full can of fruit, i'm thinking of getting some bagels, and there is this hunk of dead cow i plan on burning and then eating.  I probably will only be able to eat 1 bagel.

I find eating a chore more than anything else.  I don't particulalry enjoy food, and don't really look forward to eating usually.  Since I was 16, my weight has fluctuated from 70-75kg (154-165lbs), which is pretty light.

I dont even bother weighing myself, the only time ive been weighed in recent years was at the docs and it does my tits in, because locum doctors (temps) always mention the BMI scale, and i just think oh fuck off, because they practically insinuate that because your thin and dont fit on the right slot YOU MUST BE anorexic. Luckily my normal GPs know me and just laugh when the BMI is mentioned.

My grandfather always said, eating is a habit.
Which i always laughed at and replied with "yeah thats why youve got nan in the kitchen making all sorts of home made foods"

The flip side of this is that I can at least back up my insanity about food with the fact that I'm of a textbook "healthy" weight.  People can't pull the "You're too thin" bullshit card (oddly enough, this had been tried) as I can back up the fact that I'm fine with my BMI.
