Wow, there's a weird for it? Manspreading? 

When I have to pick a place next to someone on the bus I may pick just a passenger doing that. And I don't shy away from physical contact.
My leg touching theirs, And me being aware of that touch and not unnerved. Not pushing, just bringing my attention there. And slowly the leg of the other will withdraw, with my leg following, till I have my whole seat. If I'm cold, I'll even enjoy the warmth, stealing it away from them.
Works quickest when the other passenger is a youger man. Especially when they have a big macho attitude.

It's a secret plessure of mine. And I heard someone else telling about doing just the same.

It's fun.

Would be less fun though. Quick fix. I like the suffering. Takes a time for them to notice why they are uncomfortable. I like that.

There is a (supposedly) true story from WW2.  Some soldiers were dressed as women and riding on a bus.  They were, of course, not too attractive.  One of the passengers decided to see if they were in drag (spies).  He threw a coin into one of their laps.  The soldier closed his legs.  Proof he was a male.  A female opens her legs to catch something with her skirt.  A man closes his legs because he wears pants and the item would fall through his legs.

It's a story that comes up in several WWII novels. Be it as a way how someone gets found out, or how the men are told to catch like a woman, before going on the street on women's clothing.

I never got that, as a kid. I close my legs when I want to catch something. I do not rely on my skirt to catch what is thrown at me.

But who knows, maybe girls in those days got taught to not use their hands to catch something but their skirts and aprons.
