Magnesium supplements?
« on: April 26, 2018, 06:41:27 PM »
Anyone have any experience with magnesium supplements?  Specifically hoping for more comfortable sleep (there's a restless leg component, there's an achy-body component, and there's an elle-just-doesn't-sleep-right-anymore component).  Concerned about side effects, generally skeptical, but I'm desperate enough for better sleep that I'm starting to consider the mildly kooky stuff.
it is well known that PMS Elle is evil.
I think you'd fit in a 12" or at least a 16" firework mortar
You win this thread because that's most unsettling to even think about.

I take magnesium citrate from time to time. It's not something I can stomach every day, and not something I will take on an empty stomach.

Honestly it never seemed to help with sleep...or make me any calmer, but it does help greatly with leg cramps, a little less, but some with joint pain .

I even bought the spray on stuff for joint pain. I think it works by making your skin burn so bad you forget about the pain in your joints. Some seriously wicked shit that I will spray in the face of intruders after I beat them with a baseball bat.
