Heh, I could see Eris wearing some of those. The ones with the pointy sharp tipped heel and finger grips built in probably (those are CLEARLY designed for self defence for women, thats a set of knuckledusters with a spike on the end if taken off the feet, that is the only thing those handles are for. Presumably aimed at women who want to wear high heels, but if out on the town, have something nasty ready for any wouldbe mugger, rapist, gyppo, drunken chav lout etc.
High heels like those though in any case are known to put an awful lot of stress on the wrong parts of the feet and do damage, sometimes serious in the long term. Why not a pair of newrocks, those have platform heels, but the inside of the boots are flat, and they don't put the foot out of position, got a pair myself, a bit short of knee-length, zip up, metal-toed really heavy leather boots, and they are very comfortable. Help work out once you get used to the weight (they are a LOT heavier than regular combat boots or trainers) but really comfy.
